Caltest Analytical Laboratory exists for the purpose of providing:

Caltest is a values driven company. We seek to provide good data, a good work environment for our employees and a reasonable return to our investors. We strive for great customer relations by being honest, responsive, and courteous in all our dealings. We continually seek better ways to produce analytical data more efficiently and reliably and at lower levels of detection.
Our goal is to attract and retain good clients by providing leading edge analyses in commercial lab applications. We want to be the lab that keeps up with what you need, and deliver with reliability, courtesy and responsiveness.
Caltest is a very stable company under the same ownership for more than 20 years. The lab is operated conservatively, profitably, and has never been in any bankruptcy, contract disputes, or regulatory investigations.
All staff sign and abide by an ethics and integrity agreement regarding data handling practices, a confidentiality agreement, and an agreement to abide by the protocols and policies of the Quality Assurance Manual, the employee handbook, and the lab safety plan.
We believe that it is very unlikely that a lab can long produce consistent quality if the staff is unstable, unhappy, or affected by bad morale. We strive to make Caltest a good place to work, and a good place to work with.
